From a love of food to a culinary dream
My journey into the culinary world began shortly after university. I fell into a chef role and quickly discovered a deep love for the art of cooking and the joy of sharing good food. There's something truly special about connecting around a table, enjoying delicious dishes, even better wine, and amazing company. With nearly a decade of experience as a chef, I've always dreamed of starting my own business. Now, with the knowledge and expertise I've gained, I'm ready to create something truly unique with The Illegal Kitchen.
